To get started with casting your piece of jewellery, we need a photo or drawing of the design that you would like to have casted in pewter.
We then take your design and create a mould.
The mould is then filled molten pewter, which consists of tin and copper with an added chemical element "antimony", which is added for strength.
After the pewter pieces have been casted, they go through our quality controll process and any piece that does not meet our criteria are discarded.
The pewter jewelry is then polished to a high gloss using a polishing machine.
We again scrutinise every piece to make sure they meet our quality controll standards.
